Company history

Valtecno was founded in 1993 in Bertinoro. In 2005, Valducci SpA, which owned 80% of Valtecno’s share capital, entered voluntary liquidation and transferred its shares to Pantani Divisione Tubi. Today, the company operates on a total surface area of 3,000 square meters, including 2,000 square meters of covered production space. The Valtecno team boasts solid expertise in the tube finning sector, built and developed over more than 30 years of activity. Valtecno is part of the Pantani Groupand it is a reference company in Italy and internationally in the field of finned tubes.

Tube Finning

Finning is a cold-forming process applied to tubes with the purpose of increasing their surface area, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency.
By increasing the tube surface area, the fins provide a larger heat transfer area, enabling more efficient heat transfer.
