L-FIN technology is a finning process in which the metal strip is plastically deformed under tension and tightly wrapped around the base tube with an L-shape, ensuring perfect adhesion. This controlled deformation guarantees constant pressure at the fin foot, improving heat transfer efficiency.
An additional advantage of L-FIN tubes is the protection of the base tube: the fin foot acts as a physical barrier, reducing exposure to corrosion and increasing overall durability.
L-FIN tubes operate under conditions up to 130°C, making them ideal for air coolers, heat exchangers, and industrial systems. The whole process is carried out in-house, with controlled tolerances and certified materials.
