Applied-fin tubes are manufactured by tension-wrapping a metal strip (available in copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum) around the tube surface. Welding is performed at the starting and ending points to ensure stability and long-term durability of the fin profile.
Our process stands out for the uniformity and precision of the fin pitch, to the point that two tubes placed side by side can align perfectly. This level of accuracy ensures optimal thermal performance, as well as full component interchangeability, even in high-volume and highly repetitive production environments.
