G-FIN technology involves tension-wrapping an aluminum strip around the tube, which is then mechanically embedded into a dedicated groove and subsequently rolled, ensuring optimal and long-lasting mechanical bonding, even under high thermal stresses.
This configuration allows operating temperatures of approximately 400–430°C, making G-FIN tubes ideal for use in demanding industrial environments such as air coolers, heat exchangers, and industrial production plants, where high thermo-mechanical resistance, long-term reliability, and reduced maintenance are required.
