KL-FIN tubes are derived from L-fin technology, with a key improvement: the base tube is knurled before fin application, and the fin foot is then deformed into the corresponding knurling.
This process ensures maximum mechanical adhesion, eliminating micro-movements between the fin and the tube. The result is long-term stability, improved heat transfer efficiency, and increased resistance to thermal cycling and vibrations.
Designed to operate at temperatures up to 260°C, KL-FIN tubes are ideal for air coolers, heat exchangers, and industrial systems subject to repeated thermal stress.
